27-29-Jul-2023 EWMA Montana District Rally
The ride up occurs over 2 days so we arrive there relatively fresh.
Ride starts on Tuesday 25-Jul-2023
When: 8:20am. Kickstands up @ 8:30am.
Rough Ride Plan
- Day 1: Covers most of the distance (384 miles) to Dubois, WY. Lodging recommended: Rocky Mountain Lodge @ $85. (There is plenty of other lodging nearby.)
- Day 2: Scenic route to Dillon through Yellowstone (roughly 270 miles). Picnic stop at Old Faithful.
We merely need to get to Dillon in time to check in @ motel(s), settle in, and attend 7pm Dairy Queen social.
Staying in Dillon nights of 27, 28, and 29th of July. Heading back on Sunday morning after breakfast.
Planning for the route back can be done at the event with those involved (people often take different routes, but a group ride back to Colorado can easily be arranged).
