26-Aug-2023 Howl-at-the-Moon Ride
(Full moon is on 30-Aug-2023.)
(This replaces our September Meal Ride, since it would have been in Labor-Day Weekend.)
When: Saturday 26-Aug-2023 @ 5:20pm. Kickstands up @ 5:30pm.
Where: JAX Loveland West parking lot, south of entrance to building (2665 W Eisenhower Blvd, Loveland).
Dine: 6:30pm at Smokin' Dave's BBQ, 820 Moraine Ave, Estes Park, CO 80517.
(RSVP to Vic @ safety.ride.coord@ewma-co-1.org since we will have a reservation,
and will need to let them know how many are coming.)
Rendezvous: 8:30pm, we arrive at Fall River Visitor Center parking lot (9 minutes after sunset)
just east of the Rocky Mountain National Park north entrance, to stage for the ride up.
Proceed: 9:00pm, we roll up to Alpine Visitor Center and have our Howl-at-the-Moon Party!
Participants are encouraged to bring a snack and/or beverage to share.
(Phil and Lynn will be bringing hot chocolate and cups, so that is covered.)
Riders from other chapters and guests are welcome to join us for dinner or at the rendezvous point.
